QHOME 2 – Construction Stage (December)
As of early December 2025, the construction process continues actively, with several key stages already completed and additional finishing works upcoming. • The brickwork on floors 1–6 has been completed; the brickwork for the basement level is yet to be executed. • The joinery on the facades has been installed — approximately 75% of the total for the entire building. • The electrical (power and low-current), plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) installations have been completed for floors 2, 3 and 4. Installation works for floors 5, 6, 1 and the basement are upcoming, in that order. • The building’s water supply connection and sewage connection have been completed. • Thermal insulation of the roof has been executed, together with the concrete slope formation towards the drainage outlets; similar works are planned for the terraces on all floors. • Depending on favorable weather conditions, installation of the waterproofing system on the roof and the roof terrace of the 6th floor will commence. • Scaffolding has been installed along the eastern and southern façades, in preparation for the installation of downpipes and façade insulation. As of 04 December 2025, the phased application of interior gypsum and lime-cement plaster on walls and ceilings has begun. It is important to note that QHome 2 features several modern characteristics—its energy efficiency is Class A, and the apartments are designed with underfloor heating and provision for heat pump installation. -------------------

QHOME 2 - Construction Stage (September)
Construction of QHome 2 is progressing at an excellent pace, and we are delighted to share the latest stage in the development of the project. The structure of the building has now been fully completed, marking an important milestone in the progress of QHome 2 and providing a solid foundation for all subsequent finishing works. The masonry is being executed with high-quality “Wienerberger” ceramic bricks, which ensure outstanding energy efficiency, sound insulation, and durability. At present, it has been completed up to and including the fourth floor. Regarding the internal installations, the electrical system has been fully completed on the second floor, and work is actively underway on the third. Meanwhile, the HVAC installation has been completed up to the third floor, laying the foundation for an efficient heating and ventilation system, while the plumbing installation has also been carried out to the same level, ensuring reliable water supply and drainage. At the same time, installation of the window frames along the façades is progressing simultaneously on the second, third, and fourth floors. With each completed stage, the building is taking on a more finished appearance. The zero cycle of the construction has been completed, representing a basement level with underground parking, storage and technical premises. The reinforced concrete structure of the first four above-ground floors has been completed. Vertical reinforced concrete elements (columns, vertical belts, earthquake-resistant washers and elevator cores) are currently being implemented on floor 5, from floor +11.85 m. to floor +14.85 m. In the next two months, the reinforced concrete structure will be completely completed. On floor 1 (ground floor) and floor 2, masonry work has been completed to form the future apartments.
