QHOME 2 - Construction Stage (September)
Construction of QHome 2 is progressing at an excellent pace, and we are delighted to share the latest stage in the development of the project. The structure of the building has now been fully completed, marking an important milestone in the progress of QHome 2 and providing a solid foundation for all subsequent finishing works. The masonry is being executed with high-quality “Wienerberger” ceramic bricks, which ensure outstanding energy efficiency, sound insulation, and durability. At present, it has been completed up to and including the fourth floor. Regarding the internal installations, the electrical system has been fully completed on the second floor, and work is actively underway on the third. At the same time, installation of the window frames along the façades is progressing simultaneously on the second, third, and fourth floors. Vertical reinforced concrete elements (columns, vertical belts, earthquake-resistant washers and elevator cores) are currently being implemented on floor 5, from floor +11.85 m. to floor +14.85 m. In the next two months, the reinforced concrete structure will be completely completed. On floor 1 (ground floor) and floor 2, masonry work has been completed to form the future apartments.
